1. Processing Time & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our studio in Poznań, Poland.

• In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 3 business days.
• "Made to order" items: Lead time is 14 business days.
• Peak seasons (e.g., Christmas): Processing times may be extended. Current estimates are always displayed on the product page.

Important notice for Non-EU orders:

Orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Switzerland) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local VAT. These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs. The Buyer is responsible for paying these fees in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

2. Payment Methods

We provide secure transactions via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

• Klarna: Buy now, pay later in 30 days.
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.
• Express Checkouts: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

3. Business Invoices & Tax (B2B)

We issue VAT invoices for business customers. To request an invoice, please enter your company details and VAT ID in the "Order Notes" field at checkout.

• Polish Customers: Invoices are issued via the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).
• EU Business Customers: We apply the Reverse Charge procedure (0% VAT) for valid VAT-UE holders. A PDF visualization will be sent to your email.
• Non-EU Customers: Invoices for the export of goods are provided electronically (PDF).
