1. Delivery

Every Gang of Kids piece is a result of slow, mindful work. Because our products are hand-knitted, preparation times may vary depending on current availability. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched.

Below is a list of estimated shipping costs by zone:

2. Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your package to return or exchange your items.

How to make a return via Shopify:

  1. Log in to your Customer Account on our website.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and click "Request Return".
  3. Wait for our review. You will be notified via the customer panel and email once your request is "Approved."
  4. After approval, download and fill out the Return Form DOWNLOAD THE RETURN / EXCHANGE FORM
  5. Pack the product carefully and include the filled-out form and proof of purchase.

Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for the same product model in a different color or size, subject to availability. To exchange for a completely different model, please return your item and place a new order. Contact us at hello@gangofkids.com to check availability.

  • Shipping Policy: We only accept direct courier deliveries to our address. We do not collect returns from parcel lockers or individual pick-up points.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Costs: The cost of return shipping is covered by the Customer. In the event of a full withdrawal, we reimburse the original shipping cost up to the value of the cheapest shipping option available in our store. Overseas shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
