  • 3.2. Customer Account & Wishlist (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Creating an account is voluntary. If you choose to register, we store your login credentials, purchase history, and saved Wishlist items to enhance your future shopping experiences.
  • 3.3. Newsletter & Marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): If you give us your explicit consent by signing up, we will use your email address to send you news, exclusive promotions, and inspiration. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.
  • 3.4. Customer Support (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): If you contact us via email or forms, we process your data based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and building a positive relationship.
  • 3.5. Accounting & Legal Duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): We process data to issue invoices (including electronic B2B invoices via the Polish KSeF system) and maintain financial records as required by tax laws.

E-commerce Platform: Shopify International Limited (Ireland), which securely hosts our Store.

Payment Providers:

Because our Store is powered by the global Shopify platform, your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such as Canada or the USA. We ensure these transfers are lawful and secure by relying on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the European Commission’s adequacy decisions.

  • Server Logs: Every visit to our Store sends an inquiry to our servers. These logs (IP address, browser type, date/time) are saved automatically and used strictly for technical administration and site security.

7. Data Retention Period

  • Order Data: Stored for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year in which the purchase was made (legal tax requirement).
  • Account Data: Stored as long as your Account remains active. Upon deletion, transaction records are still kept for the 5-year tax period.
