What materials are used to create Gang of Kids clothing?
We create children's clothing exclusively from natural, premium yarns. Our collections feature breathable organic cotton, luxurious Pima cotton, thermoregulating merino wool, soft alpaca wool, and delicate silk. All materials are carefully selected to be completely safe for the sensitive skin of babies and children from their very first days of life.
Do the materials used in production have safety certifications?
Yes. Most of our yarns hold strict certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), guaranteeing that no harmful chemicals are used during production. Detailed information about certifications assigned to a specific yarn can always be found in the product description.
Where do the yarns used in your collections come from?
We source our materials from trusted distributors located in regions where the fibers naturally occur. We import high-quality yarns from Europe and South America, including our exceptionally durable and soft Pima cotton and alpaca wool.
Order Processing & Shipping
What is the waiting time for made-to-order clothing?
Most of our products are created in a made-to-order model. The standard production time is usually up to 14 days. During peak seasons, such as the holiday period (November–December), production may take 30–45 days. Any extended processing time is always communicated on our website.
How does delivery work within Poland and how long does it take?
Within Poland we deliver orders by courier to the address provided during checkout. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days after the parcel leaves our workshop.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, excluding regions affected by conflicts. International orders are usually sent via registered Global Express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 days. Orders shipped to the United States are delivered exclusively via FedEx due to local customs procedures.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been sent to our workshop for production. This is especially important for made-to-order items, where the crafting process takes approximately 14 days. To check the status of your order and request cancellation, please contact us at hello@gangofkids.com.
How long does it take to ship products that are already in stock?
Products currently available in stock are usually prepared for shipping within 2–3 business days. Delivery time should then be added: 1–2 business days for courier shipments within Poland and approximately 14 days for international deliveries.
Product Care
How should wool garments be washed and cared for?
Due to the delicate structure of natural yarns, we strongly recommend not washing wool garments in a washing machine. Mechanical rotation and temperature changes can cause wool to shrink and felt. Garments should be hand washed in lukewarm water using a detergent designed for wool.
How should products made from natural yarns be dried?
After washing, gently press out excess water without twisting the fabric. Lay the product flat on a dry towel and allow it to dry naturally, away from direct heat sources such as radiators or strong sunlight.
Where can I find detailed care instructions for a product?
Detailed care instructions can be found in the product description on each product page in our online store. Additionally, every order includes a cardboard tag with a QR code linking directly to full washing and care instructions for that specific product.
Returns and Complaints
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inform us about your intention to return the product and send it back.
Can I return a made-to-order product from the regular store collection?
Yes. Items from our regular collection, even if made after placing an order in standard sizes and colors, can be returned within 14 days. Only fully personalized products created according to individual specifications cannot be returned.
Where can I find the return form?
The return form is available for download via the provided link. Please print and complete the document and include it inside the package together with the returned or claimed item.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
Returns are not free of charge. The cost of return shipping to our workshop is covered by the customer.
Which shipping costs are refunded?
In case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, we refund the cost of the purchased product and the equivalent of the cheapest standard delivery method available in our store. If a more expensive shipping option was selected, the difference in price is not refunded.
What are the conditions for accepting a return?
The returned product must be new, unused and without any signs of wear or washing. It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we receive and verify the returned product
Sizes, Payments and Packaging
How can I choose the right clothing size?
Each product includes a dedicated size chart. If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one to allow longer use as children grow quickly.
What payment methods are available?
Payments are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways. Available methods include BLIK, instant bank transfers, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and mobile payment systems.
Is gift packaging available?
Yes. Every Gang of Kids order is packaged with care and minimalism without using plastic. If the order is a gift sent directly to the recipient, please leave a note in the order comments.
